4. William Pool (William Pool , Thoams Pool , John ) was born about 1730 in St. Stephens, Johnston, Nc. He died on 26 Sep 1763 in St. Stephens, Johnston, Nc.

Acquired 372 acres from Gideon ALLEN in Johnston, NC in 1754.
William sold 207 acres to John POOL in Johnston, NC in 1754.
Hall POOL acquired 390 acres from John BLAKE in Johnston, NC in 1756.
George POOL acquired 486 acres from Joseph Mann in Johnston, NC in 1756.
James McIllwain sold William Pool 96 acres in Johnston, NC between 1751 and 1754.
1768 Johnson Co. N.C. Court appoints Richard Rivers guardian of Samuel Pool Richard R. comes to the court for money against orphan's account.
Data is from the Court minutes Johnston County, North Carolina. Book #1 1759 - 1766 ( B1/page #/date, if known) , Book #2 1767 - 1777, Book # 3 1778 - 1786, Book # 4 1787 - 1792. B1/123/3rd Tuesday, Oct 1762, Willm. Pool, on Grand Jury

Joseph Houghton. Order'd to be Filled.
B1/181/? An Acct. Sale of part of the Estate of Wm. Pool was exhibited into Court by Diony: Wright D. S.
B1/187/? Order'd that Sarah Pool appointed guardian to the Orphans of Wm. Pool Dec'd & that Sarah & Penelope Pool came to Court & chose the said Sarah Pool for Their Guardian & gives Benjn. Scott & Alex.

William married Sarah Scott about 1750 in Johnston, Nc. Sarah was born about 1730. She died on 13 Jan 1768 in Johnston, Nc.

They had the following children:
