Then I am leaning towards her being the "Jane" listed prominently here:

This person was married to John Poole and when he died, remarried to Henry Avera She is the mother 4 Poole children (Thomas, John, William, and Ann according to my list) and the mother of 2 Avera sons (Charles and Henry - not sure of daughters).
