Sena Pool born 1787 in SC - Parents ?????

She is my gr, gr, gr grandmother. She married James M. Barnes around 1812 in South Carolina, and all their children were born there. They moved to Clay County Alabama sometime after 1835. Sena was listed in the 1860 census but not in the 1870 census. Her death date hasn't been verified.

I very much want to find out about her parents. Does anyone know about this Pool family? Who the parents are? Anything to help? If you do, please let me know.
