Glenn has about Henry Poorman , son of Peter sr, and wife, Mary Catherine.. will of Henry is proven 12-19-1844 which is should closely approximate his death. Henry was resident of East Donegal Twp. as of May 1838. or adjacent to Mt. joy twp. and other familiar Poorman territory at that time. Henry mentions no wife, widow, children, or grandchildren in his will and one might safely conclude that he had once married , therefore resulted in no issue, he DOES mention a brother -in -law, one Stoffel SHENCK, indicating that Henry had married a SCHNECK or more likely, his sister married a Stoffel SHENCK. that he took to raise , a niece, dau. of Stoffel Shenck from Infancy , suggests the probability that henry's sister died early, and probably in Childbirth. The niece is married at the timeof the writing of the will. If, as has been speculated, Henry was born after or close to the birth of William, it would indicate Henry was over 90 when he died.
