I believe the easiest way for you to receive all the information is through my blog.
Whenever I receive information, or find information I put a copy on my blog. It is a backup for me and somewhere I can look up whether at home or at a library.

The address is:

I have attached the letter in the church archives from George and Elizabeth [Betsy] to Nancy.
Then I would check out George Davis' will on the blog. Link to this page is on the left side under Previous Posts.

Then previous entry is kind of funny about George Davis' selling of items after his death in 1844.
The next entry [after the will] is the 1850 census. Nancy is there and a whole bunch of other people. Maybe you can help me with them.

Please email me any questions you have, or post them along with the blog entry under comments! Anything else that you have that will back up what I have found would also be appreciated - just add to the blog entry by adding a comment. That will help us find the information later.

Blogs are by date entry so they are not organized well
You can search through the blog for an entry. The search box is in the top left hand corner.

The next step I am doing is going back to Ohio. The trail is pretty well laid out as to where George and family came from.
I am also working on Timothy Bancroft so you will see lots of iinformation on his family, mostly back in 2004-05. I am working on the land he owned in Clay County. I have its location - it is part of the city now - a school actually. He got it from the government but was owned by Mormons. I am trying to figure out who.

I am not related but I have become very found of Timothy and Nancy. I know you are related through her second husband John Poorman. I hope you enjoy reading what I have found out.
