I have John Jacob Poorman as a son of Johan Peter Poorman and Mary Catherina. She died 1792 in Elizabethtown, Lancaster, PA. It says he is buried at Sandhill St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery, but I also have a note that he is buried in Derry Township, Dauphin, PA. Not familiar with the area so don't know if those can both be true. Information I have says that Johan Peter is a son of Hans George Pohrman. Would be interested in information on Michael Poorman, Jr.'s family if you have any.
