Among my ancestors, I have a Catherine Poorman(born about 1830) who married Samuel Mitinger(born about 1826). In the 1850 census they were listed as being married within one year(Westmoreland Cty.) and a Mary Poorman was living with them. I cannot find anything about who the parents of Poorman or Mitinger are. I thought you may have some info on the Poorman line.
