Hi, to you, too. /well, you seem to have solved a major mystery for me. I knew I wasn't on the right track, but didn't have the correct information to pursue this. Would you happen to have information regarding Jacob N. Lord's parentage? I know very little about the Poosers. The line (as I originally thought) descends from M.H. Pooser and Jane Lord. Now, I don't know now whether Lizzie Marshall was important.I don't know how I got Jane Lord Marshall as the maiden name.
*M.H. Pooser m. Jane Lord
D. Anna Matilda Pooser m. John Luder Heidtman
D. Annie Caroline Heidtman (had 3 brothers)m. Dr.(minister)John Wesley Speake, Sr. (my grandparents)
Do you know if these folks descend from Richard Lord, who with his brother Joseph, founded Dorcester County, SC in late 1600s and during the mid-1700s moved their congregation to GA? I have more on that.
