I'm in England, My father originated from a village called Jukovitchi in Belarus- I wonder if this is a misspelling of Lehovichi?
He was one of 7 brothers and a sister.
His parents were called Obseizei? Popko and katarina (maiden name Yousko).
His brothers were:
Yvan (1903 - 1944) children Tola & Vassia
Ilia (1905 - 1936) children Ira, Nina, Annia, Elena
Filip (Philip) (1908 - 1999) - Moved to france in 1930
Alexandre (1911 - 1932) no children
Alexis (1916 - ??) Children Valentine & Tola
Vladimir (1920 - ??) child Stenia
Nicholas (Nick) - (1916 - 2002) Moved to England in 1945
Euginia (1926 - ??)children Victor, Guera & Vitcheslav

Do any of these names "strike a chord"?
