This is off subject and I apologize but I am trying to find out how I can get a hold of maps of Chester County, S.C. drawn up bu Elmer Oris Parker. I am not sure if he is living because the maps I have seen were made in abt 1990. If any one has information on how I can purchase ,beg or borrow this collection of maps ,I would appreciate your help.
