I found Fountain Monroe in some old notes I have. I didn't prepare them, just have copies. I don't know if your looking for additional info or not, but if so, this may help.
Isaac Popplewell Sr. (176x-1813) m.(1784) Elizabeth Flint(1766-185x)
9 children, one of which was Isaac Jr.(1804-1889) m. S. Chamberlain
13 children, one of which was William,(1827-1905) m. M. Wolford
12 children, youngest was Fountain Monroe.

I have not verified this info, but I think its correct because most of it matches with what I've found on the 'Net. This info is as it is in my notes. A few dates and name spelling variations are different.
