Photograph of unknown Porteouses?

I have put up a photo at my Web site and I'm hoping someone might recognize the people in it.

My Canadian-born great-grandfather, George Porteous, 1851-1904, remarried after my great-grandmother, Maggie Reid, died in 1888. His second wife's name was Agnes Clark Moir; it's from a Moir descendant that I received the photo.

I have no idea where or when the photo was taken, let alone the identities of the people in it, one or more of whom may be Porteouses (some of the family resemblances, IMHO, are quite strong). The person who sent me the photo has no information either. Here's the link: http://www.novateq.ca/genealogy/

At some time in the future, I will probably remove the narrative surrounding the photo, but the photo itself should still be available at this URL: http://www.novateq.ca/genealogy/images/people/img_WhoAreThesePeople.jpg

I think there is the potential to join my tree with that of another quite distant family.

Thanks in advance for any help.
