Am looking for a copy of the Porterfield book, or at least copies of the chapter on the Belmont Co. branch. I am desc. from Wm.'s son James/Mary Robb thru John Porterfield/Mary King. Their daughter Sarah married George Morgan, my gg grandfather. Would also like to find info. on Mary King. I think she committed suicide, and John was omitted from the family history. What happened???
I used to know a Ron Harper, I think from Heidelberg College. Is that you? My maiden name was Furbay.
