Francis Postle & George Washington Postal
Posted by: Amy Postal (ID *****2382) Date: November 16, 2010 at 11:48:30

Based on the misspellings of Francis's last name I've found in Rev. War papers and a few other location/name/story based items I've found scattered online, I've decided that there is strong enough link to determine that Francis Postle b1755 in Prague is the father of George Washington Postal Sr. b1780-d1852.

Does anyone have any reason why this could/could not be officially proven? At this level I don't know that I'm going to find anything terribly official, but I wanted to feel better about making the link official in my tree.

Thanks!
