My great grand fathers name was Ynze Alderts Postma born in Oostermeeer, Friesland 9/3/54. His wife Anna(Antje) Oedzes was born in Surhuisterveen, Friesland on 9/5/57. they were mennonite andjoined the reformed church when they married. They married on May 5 1878 in Achtkarspelen, Friesland. their childrens names were Willliam (Wieger Ynzes)[ my grandfather],Richard (Rinze Ynzes),Louie(Lodewyk Ynzes), John(Jan Ynzes),AldertYnzes, Ype Ynzes and Remmelt Ynzes and two daughtersAlice (Altje) and Minke.
My info says tha William came first to america and went west to Colorado for awhile. All of his brothers and sisters came to american and settled in Roseland a suburb of chicago. John(Jan Ynzes) stayed in holland. William was a minister for the Morman church and lived in many placesa throughout the midwest befor settling in Wayland Michingan. I have more detailed info on william if you need it.
