We would like to welcome each of you to our annual Family Reunion.
A great deal of research has been done on this family over many years. We would like this year, to share all the information that we have found with you.

We will have displays set up for each of the children of Artimus Kit Davis & Rhoda Ellesteen Pearson Davis, as well as family member’s from the Pou, Robert C Davis and Daniel D. Davis lines. The displays will include pictures of each child’s descendants and their families. We will also have books on the descendants of the above families that contain many photo’s, documents, stories as well as family information. There will be table’s set up with these books if you wish to take a closer look at our ancestors.
There will be several books available on the family lines including pictures, documents and a genealogy report that Cathy will take orders for if you are interested in purchasing a copy. The cost of the books will vary due to the different sizes. Cathy will have the cost and details listed for each book. She asks that you have cash ready when you place your order.

We ask that you bring any pictures (marked with names), documents (birth, death, marriage, obits, etc.) and stories to add to our displays. If possible please have a copy ready for our family historian, Cathy Copeland, to keep. If it is not possible to have a copy ready, Cathy will be happy to scan your info to her computer and return your material to you that day.
We will have a sign in sheet at the door for every family to fill out with important information needed to continue our research and update our records. Please take the time to completely fill in these sheets.
We would like to ask each of you to have a list ready for Cathy, of your family (you, your spouse and children) full names, birth/ death dates, places of birth/ death, burial places, marriage dates/ place. If possible we would also like for you to have a separate list of your parents and siblings done the same way. It would be very helpful to go back as many generations as you possibly can, as long as you list each generation on a separate sheet of paper and keep them in order. If you have more that 1 page we ask that you staple them together.
This is very important and necessary to do in order to update our records.
We look forward to seeing you at the reunion.
