I'm not (to my knowledge at least) descended from the Witney line - my ancestors came from around Cookham and Maidenhead in Berkshire - but I was sent a pedigree for Thomas Poulton of Witney some years ago. It was originally prepared by a Henry Poulton, of Watford, Herts. in about 1873, and covers the family from around 1650. Most of the family appear to have ended up in the London area - Isleworth, Watford, Hounslow. I'm quite happy to copy it to you - email me at and I'll reply with the document.
