Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
Sure, I would be glad to help out with the marker cost. It has been a long time since we last corresponded. Now that I know who I am talking with, I will share a little more. You said you had no information on the children of Wm. H. Jones and Nancy Pouncey. I show them as Elizabeth, b. abt 1820, Levi, also b. abt 1820 (d. 1865), Alphus, b. abt 1825, and Celea Ann, b. abt 1828. Elizabeth married Matthew Merchant 12 Jan 1843 Montgomery County, and had one son, James B., b. 1847, which is the same year Elizabeth died. Celea Ann married Samuel Johnston 7 Jan 1841, Montgomery County. They had two sons, James W. b. 17 Sep 1845 and Samuel F., b. abt 1848, both born Montgomery County. I don't have the 1818 date for Mary's death. My information says that a corner of her headstone still exists near the NE corner of the Banks Mausoleum, in what is now Section 1, Scott's Free Burial Ground.
