Ike Pownall token

I recently acquired an aluminum token issued by Ike Pownall, SW Cor. 12th & Harrison Sts, with no city or state on token. Reverse says Manhattan/ good for 2-1/2 cents in trade. I'd date it between 1900 and 1920, judging from the design. I'd also guess it is from a saloon or bar, as these were the usual issuers of 2-1/2 cent tokens. Does anybody know what city it is from?
