Tahnks for the interesting information. Could you please tell me where excatly Pownall Fee lies? I assume in it somewhere in Cheshire, but has a Australian I have no idea. If you could send me a map at all I would appreicate it enormously.

I have been informed that Pownall orginates from Cheshire England and means "one whom came from Pownall." Other variations are Pownell, Pownal and Pownalls.
