Does anyone know the ancestory of Solomon Prentiss, b. abt 1780 in Sherborn, Middlesex, MA, lived in Tenton, Oneida, NY where he and his wife Lucy White had at least four daughters, Angeline(Augustine?) b. 1817, Mary Parker b. 2 April 1819, Lucy b. 1822, and Caroline Elizabeth b. 29 May 1831. They moved to Stockbridge, Calumet, WI in 1852, where Solomon died two years later. Angeline married Archibold Lightbody, Mary married Oswald Backus, and Caroline married Clark Percival Skidmore. At age 38 Lucy was unmarried. Does anyone know aboout this family?
