Not sure if this is any help but I noticed that Henry died in Milton which the town beside Georgia VT and the birthdate would fit this family.
1. JONATHAN1 PRENTISS, DR. was born July 12, 1750 in Of St. Albans VT, and died April 03, 1833 in St. Albans VT. He married MARGARET DANIELS, daughter of JAMES DANIELS and GRACE EDGECOMB. She was born April 17, 1756, and died December 02, 1824 in St. Albans VT.

Children of JONATHAN PRENTISS and MARGARET DANIELS are:
2.       i.       SARAH2 PRENTISS, b. February 03, 1786, Lemster, NH; d. December 01, 1850, Burlington VT.
       ii.       JOSEPH PRENTISS, b. April 11, 1790, Lemster, N. H; d. July 24, 1860, Georgia, Vt; m. RHODA MARIA HILL, May 16, 1819, Fairfax Vermont; b. September 18, 1797, Brandon Vermont; d. April 01, 1874, Georgia, Vt.

Notes for JOSEPH PRENTISS:
He operated a grain mill at Georgia, Vt. Grain was hauled by team from Maguam on the shore of Lake Champlain and the flour returned for shipment by water.

Joseph was the tenth child out of thirdteen.
