Hi Carole

Yes I did know of the Priaulx Library, visited there in about 1989, bur unfortunately at that time I really didnt have sufficient information, but just happened to be in the UK and wanted to visit Guernsey. Maybe I will get a chance to visit next year when we plan to take a trip. In the meantime I am away from home for a week, but I do have a Guernsey site which belongs to a Stephen Foote. If you are not aware of this, perhaps it would help. Let me know and I will email it to you when I am back home. I dont have a Tardif in my group, so cant help you there. Looks like an unusual name, is this a real name or is it a misspelt version of another. I have had troubles with some of my names with not literate ancestors speaking to probably not too much more literate scribes. Anyhow, do email me if you would like the Guernsey web pages I have on my system at home. Thanks for the contact.

You dont give a year for your Peter Priaulx.
