My great-grandmother's name was Mary Alicia Priday. She was born in Athlone, County West Meath in Ireland. Her father, Christopher Priday was married to Mary Hogan. They had several children. His father, my great, great, great grandfather was Christopher Priday (spelled Prydee in the Church of Ireland records in Athlone) whose wife's name was Catherine. They had 4 children - Mary b.1779, Christopher (my great, great grandfather) b.1789, William b.1791 and Sarah b.1799. My great grandparents' children incl. John b.1817, Thomas b.1821, Mary b.1824 (my great grandmother), Catherine b.1827.
My great grandmother emigrated to the US where she married Robert F. Keefe in New York City in 1853. They subsequently moved to Boston. Their children were Robert T., Catherine, Elizabeth, John William.
