Henry's original (slightly extended) family were all killed in a sidewheel steamer fire on Lake Erie (forget the year). Documented on the web. Search for G.P. Griffith. That was the ship that burned losing many lives. He later married Minerva Hamilton. Haven't researched that much of Henry's line. Tried several times with no luck.
The ship sailed from Port of Buffalo for Cleveland and caught fire. Most jumped off and drowned in 5-8 feet of water. I'd bet there were new children but as I said....
