I'm searching for descendents of William R. Fitzgerald and his wife Beerseba Mitchell for a possible family reunion. William R. born 3-25-1824 and died January 1852 in Grass Valley, California. I'm not certain of birth location but various census and his son's death certificate have him born in Ireland, New Jersey and South Carolina. Beersheba b. 10-27-1826 in Georgia and died 1895, location unknown. Beersheba's second husband was Edmond Wright. William R. and Beersheba had a son William Andrew Fitzgerald in Forsyth County, Georgia on 10-10-1851. Son William Andrew went to Amity, Clark County, Arkansas and married Louisa Jane Dillard, b 4-16-1864 and d. 7-4-1954, Amity, Arkansas. Rev. William Andrew Fitzgerald died 7-28-1941 in Amity. Rev. William and Louisa Fitzgerald had the following children: Susan Frances "Fannie" (Husbands: John "Dock" Conine and Henry Daniels), Callie America "Peggy" (m. Fred King Runyan and Bert S. Jordan); Carrie (m. Morgan Pride); Mary Ellen "Mollie" (m. Cornelius Hardy, Thomas J. Martin, William H. Martin); James Whitten "J.W. or Jim" (m. Emma Stewart); Maude Effie (m. Dr. Forrest Pitts Baker); Merrell McMaster Fitzgerald (m. Fay Zema Bolt); Ida and Jewell died in infancy. Please contact me if any of this sounds familiar. Susie Dent
