Was this Burton Pride ever in Pike County In. to your knowledge? Woolsey Pride, builder of fort, fighter in militia prior to 1812, seems to have disappeared after marrying an Ogden in 1820 in Pike Co..left no estate papers, unless they were removed from the court idea where he is know my ancestor (great great grandfather) is a Woolsey Pride who married Mary Bush Traylor and is buried in Public Cemetery in Pike County, In...Searching for proof of his parent/parents......
