Hello Elizabeth

I wrote the Prieskorn girls that I know that live in Michigan.
My two sister in laws might have been to that home.
3 of us are working on the family tree.

If they answer me I will write you, or maybe they will write you here at GedForum.
My husband says there was a lawman and his family living there last he knew.

Here is what I can tell you, what my husband knows.

Dallas and his parents lived at 721 Venoy it was next door then, but not now,(to where you are now).
His parents tore down the house that they originally built and rebuilt the house that is there now.

The original farm was 40 acres, and did back up to the golf course, and yes it was owned by the Prieskorn's but Dallas does not know if they built it or not. One of the Uncles was a golf pro, Elmer Prieskorn. Dallas's father Robert and his brothers George and Harold were golf course Superintendent's but not at that golf course.

Is the golf course still Birch Hill Golf Course?
And did the County buy it and make a smaller course out of it?

Dallas was born in 1938 and the house was there. Dallas's
father was born in that home, and he was born in 1912.
Dallas says the house is over 100 years old but not sure of when it was built.
Albert was born and died 1905, Helen was born in 1907 never married.
I hope this helps some.
