Cheney Free Press, Cheney, Washington, Spokane county, Friday April 14, 1916.

The National Realty company this week negotiated two deals, affregating nearly $20,000 in value and by which 560 acres of Spokane county farm lands change ownership.

The first deal was partly an exchange transaction, whereby N. A. Rolfe, cashier of the Natinal Bank of Cheney, disposed of 320 acres of wheat land lying near Spangle, to Dan Primmer. This tract is improved with a good set of farm buildings and about one-half of the place is in cultivation.

The price accepted for this land was $16,000. Mr. Rolfe taking 160 acres of wheat land located 14 miles south of Cheney, owned by Primmer. This farm is highly improved, and has a full set of buildings, including an eight-room house, barn and other outbuildings. The balance of the consideration was made in cash. Possession of each of the farms will be given Oct. 1.
