Bequests, Devises, etc:
FIRST: To my oldest son William Pimer:
       100 acres, east part of my farm including the house & barn
       Conditions: he pay to my daughter Rachel, wife of Frederick Earing, $5
               “ he pay to my daughter Alchey $50
        –to be paid in one year after my death
       To my son William: 1 black horse, saddle & bridle
SECOND: to my son Peter Primer: 64 acres lying to the west end of my farm
       Conditions: he pay to my daughter Rebecca, the wife of Elijah Frost, $50
        one year after my death
       He pay to my grandson, Joseph Primer, $20, four years after my decease
THIRD: to my oldest daughter Rachel: 1/3 part of my household furniture
FOURTH: to my daughter Alchey: the $50 above, & 1/3 of the household furniture
FIFTH: to my daughter Rebecca: the $50 above, & 1/3 of the household furniture including the bed & bedding that I slept on.
       To my son William my weaver's loom & the tacking belonging to it
       To William & Peter all my livestock to be equally divided
        and likewise all farming utensils
       To William all the wheat & rye stored & crop.
