Hoppringill Hill

I'm not sure if you guys are aware or not, but Hoppringill Hill, the original seat of the Pringle clan(family), is in danger of being destroyed by quarrying. Below is the link to the article about it.

The original ruins itself are on the side of the hill by the small home at the bottom of the hill. They too are in danger of being destroyed. Currently negotiations are being held to see what can be done to save the ruins of our original clan seat from destruction.

We cannot allow this to happen! The hill is the very definer of our clan. It's a place name, meaning round hill in the valley. We had our original home on that hill, and thus took the name Hoppringill, meaning we were the people of that hill. If the hill and ruins are destroyed, our very origin and heart our history will be gone forever!

Please contact the quarry company and voice your concerns! the email contact for the quarry company is chris.higgs@aggregrate.com, every voice counts towards saving our ancestral home!

Thank you for any help in advance.

Jeff Pringle
