I am the son of Don Salvador Verastegui, Sr. & Ollie Rose Mc Crea. My father's parent's were Salvador Verastegui & Lois Prink. Lois Prink, born in Butte, Ca. was the daughter of Harold William Prink and Carmen Jackson or Cruz, there is some confusion as to Carmen's maiden name due to the fact that she was adopted after the 1906 earthquake in San Francisco. Lois had one brother Harold albert Prink. So far I believe that Harold William is the son of Albert Prink, b. Sept 30, 1877 and Thora Mortenson(sp?) b.abt 1877 in Norway. Harold William's father appears to be Oscar Henry Prink b. Apr. 4, 1838 and Mary Doud. Oscar Henry is the son of Peter Henry Prink and Euretta Collins. From what I have read on the postings he was a pastor. This is as far as I have gotten on the Prink side and have some doc. to prove, but not all. Also more info on the Prink/Brink connection would be appreciated. How can I get Laurel's book as well? Any and all info would be appreciated.
