In the process of going through my families records, Keith, Tilton, Urban, Ohaver, Talbott and Dean, I found a sheet of paper that has detail of a Maria Prior, 22 Sept. 1841 in Werkel. There are other surnames, Sandmoller, Schmidt, Schafer, Heppe. It sounds German to me but I am not aware of a German background in our family. There is no other information on this paper and I have no idea how it would connect to my family research. Perhaps someone researching the Prior Family could be of help.
