Richard Arthur Prior born in London November 1938 migrated to Sydney Australia in 1972 with wife Myra nee Richards of Swansea, Wales UK and two children Simon Prior born 1967 and Catherine Prior born 1971. After a brief return to London in August 1973 the family returned to Melbourne Australia in September 1975. Myra Prior returned to Swansea Wales in 1980 and died there in 1998. Richard Prior and wife Robin Prior (nee Ross) and Simon Prior with his wife Andrea nee Friend and two children Erin Prior born 2006 and Ewan Prior currently (2011) reside on the Gold Coast of Queensland. Catherine Prior with her daughter Myra currently (2011) reside in Melbourne Australia.
Other Prior family member is Valerie Berry nee Prior, born in Southport UK, currently residing (2011) in Sydney Australia.
