Hi Rebecca, I too am looking for Vermont Priors, but maybe I can help your search too. My name is Arthur Stanley Prior, born in Burlington in 1942, my father was Donald Homer Prior, born in Burlington in 1920. His father was Harold Rowley Prior born in the late 1800s I believe in Burlington, and he was married to Cora (Warner)Prior, born in Swanton VT in 1896. The name "Rowley" was (I was told) an old family name. Cora was executive sectary at the First Congregational Church in Burlington for many years, and Harold worked for Vermont Power in the 20s (?) and then had a CPA office at home for many years until he passed away in the mid 1970s. Donald married Eudah Lillian Slack of Burlington and after serving as a Lieutenant in the Army in WWII moved to Mass. and worked as a Design Engineer at Raytheon until he retired.
