I am searching for info on the family of Rev. elijah Gardner (1790-5/20/1840)who was born in South Carolin and believed to have married Abigail (?) Prothro. Her parents were: Nathaniel Prothro and Zelpha Morgan. Nathanial and Zelpha lived in South Carolina, then migrated to Elbert, GA.
I believe Elijah's father was Stephen Gardner of South Carolina (who migrated to Montgomery, Alabama).
If anyone has any info, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
