Hi,

May I make two suggestions.

1. Try contacting the cemetery office or town clerk for burial info as Gerald "may" be buried there but with no headstone.

2. Put the photos on the following website for others to find, leave flowers etc (it's a virtual cemetery). I'm doing this with my famiy headstone photos to preserve them before they are no longer readable.

http://www.findagrave.com Registration is free.

FYI: There are several Prouty headstones in Pleasant View Cemetery, Jericho Corners, VT. I will be photographing & putting them on the findagrave site in the next couple of months.

Happy Hunting
D.J.
