Silly me forgot the Prouty. Ok, found his 1918 draft card living in Lynn MA. Born 9 Dec 1898, worked as a conductor on the railroad. Next of kin Hattie H Prouty his mother. The 1900 census for St Albans has Hattie's mother as Olive S Hull.

Family search has a possible birth record for Bakersfield VT Hattie Hamilton Hull born 7 Oct 1871 to Lyman M Hull and Olive S

William C parents groom card has parents as CC Prouty and Sarah ( I think based on the 1880 census for Bakersfield VT this is Christopher Prouty)

Family Search also has the bride record:

name:       William C. Prouty
event:       Marriage
event date:       01 Jan 1884
event place:       Vermont, United States
gender:       Male
spouse:       Hattie Hull
spouse's father:       Munson Hull
spouse's mother:       Olive
film number:       540103
digital folder number:       4357257
image number:       4790
