Dani: what you need to do is start at the beginning. Get you fathers birth cert., ask for long form..this will have his fathers name on it and his place of birth. You need to go one step at a time. be aware there are two kinds of birth certificates in most places. the short form and the long form. Always ask for long form. Am related to Provencals myself. You are probably French-Canadian ectraction. Also ask Uncles and Aunts about what they know,
