Quick correction... The Thomas Province that I referred to as "born of Frederick County" lived in that area but the earliest records that I have of him are

1734
Faggs Manor, Penn Township (adjacent to Londonderry)
... Thomas Province
... Louis H. Everts. 1881. History of Chester County, Pennsylvania with Genealogical and Biographical Sketches
