I am in Decatur, IL my father was Thomas W. Pryde his father was Robert Pryde. About all I know about my grandfather is that he served in WWII and was married to Inez Bartello. He passed away sometime before I was born. My father who passed away about 13 years ago was born here in Decatur and he had no brothers or sisters. I know we have some other relatives in the area but have never had any contact with them that I can remember. I did come in contact with a Merle Pryde at my fathers funeral but before I could get to know anything more about him he also passed away.
