Prydes in Lanarkshire

Just reposting my Pryde interests. My family was from Lanarkshire (Motherwell, New Monkland and Old Monkland). My great grandfather was James McLure Pryde, son of James Pryde and Janet McLure, grandson of David Pryde and Marrion Pettigrew, who were married in New Monkland in 1838. The Pryde men were all coalminers and worked the mines in Indiana and Illinois. They finally settled in LaSalle County, Illinois. If anyone has any information regarding these people, please contact me.
