Hi Kimberley, sorry not to have replied before but have been on hols. The Puddicombe family I have traced back on my line were originally from Bovey Tracey, Devon, and later in Cornwall. I have a Stephen Puddicombe d. 1808 and Elizabeth Puddicombe d. 27 Dec. 1786 On my line they seemed to be entwined with the Hearle family of Talland, Cornwall. Were your Puddicombes from the Cornwall, Devon areas?

Christine
