Bonnie, Lane,

Harriet Chambers was a sister of Asa and Elijah Chambers. They were the children of Elisha Chambers and Nancy Moore Chambers. These three married children of Capt. William Puett and his first wife, Mary Baker Puett.

Polly Puett (b. ca1804) married the eldest, Asa Chambers about 1823. John Puett (b. ca1806) married Harriet Chambers in 1829. In 1829 they moved to Benton Co., Arkansas. Mary Puett (b. ca 1812) married (ca1829)Elijah Chambers. Mary and Elijah lived in Illinois for six or seven years before returning to Mulberry Creek. The eldest of their four daughters, Bathsheba, married the Rev. Robert Henry Moody. They had at least 11 children and, about 1879 the Moody's moved to Riley Co. Kansas.
