My name is Gail Speirs. I live in NJ and I am looking for Dr. Isaac Puffers father, Asa Puffer also mentioned as Rev. Asa Puffer. The line is Rev. Isaac Puffer b. 1/24/1761 Sudbury Mass. d. 4/25/1838 Watson, NY / ( Wife Sarah Merriam ) Their son Rev. Asa Puffer b. about 1785 Mass ( poss. 2 marriages one being Charlotte Strickland? Last info. that I have on Rev. Asa, that I'm looking for, is 1825 & 1830 Census Watson, Lewis County, NY. Also in father Isaac's will of 1838. Rev. Asa's son Asa Jr. b. 1/1/1818 d. 8/4/1874 Watson NY. Is my GGGrandfather. I have names and some dates on children of Rev. Asa. I am willing to share anything I have. Rev. Asa b. 1785 does not appear to be buried with most of his family in Beaches Bridges Cemetery Watson, NY. I am hoping you may have some information on him, where he may have gone, or refer me to someone who may be able to help me. Gail speirs@fast.net
