Eleanore,
I think we have a win/win match! Jonah's grandfather is my ggg grandfather, Samuel Washburn m. Susannah Sager abt. 1830. Samuel and Susannah had 14 children, starting with Daniel (William) Washburn abt. 1831. Daniel's 2nd child was Jonas/Jonah Washburn, b. abt. 1860 and m. Harriet Puffer abt. 1881. I have detailed information about all of Samuel's descendants and their families, and I'd be happy to share. I am trying to locate his antecedents, as we've been up against a brick wall with this one for 25 years. This could be a nice break for us! Please email me privately and we can talk further. I look forward to hearing from you!
