Lillian Tittemore married George Ruyter March 19, 1881, Swanton, VT; residence of bride: Bedford, PA, age 18 1st marriage; born St Armand, PI; daughter of Peter Tittemore and Eliza (Wood), marriage performed by Rev W R Puffer.

Lillian TITTEMORE RUYTER [RIDER, RITER, REITER, REYTER] m. 2nd) Lucius MOWRY [1849-1925], my 2 great grand uncle. Lucius P. MOWRY [1806-1888 of Guilford & Whitingham, Windham Co., VT] and Desire KENYON or KINYON were his parents. He, a twin of Cassius MOWRY m. Ann UNKNOWN MAIDEN NAME, was born in Leyden, Franklin Co., MA.
Lucius is listed in the 1890 city directory of Boston, MA, as a clerk, and in the 1920 census he worked as a grocery clerk in Stoughton, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts.
