Hi Raymond. Hope your ears are burning today because we are talking about your family on the Ancestry message board. I found the line of Chauncy, your fore uncle. I thought it was through his son, Albert, but it could be Lyman. I think it is Albert, though. Or that is what his grandson was raised to know him as. You might want to go to the message boards at Ancestry.com and log in or register if you have never done so so you can be involved in our posts. Dee Puffer, the wife of gerald Puffer and Grandson of your Gt Uncle John has also posted.
My name is June Beckwith, and if you are Raymond and Helen's son, I have spoken to your mother a few times, years ago. I came down the line of Solomon Puffer, brother to Charles Puffer, who settled over here in Muskegon, Co. MI. My mother is the Puffer. Her grandfather was Ira and her dad was Ira's oldest son, Irving Charles Puffer.
Warm Regards,
June
