I'm not sure if it still in print. You might try a search at someplace like Amazon. I purchased mine directly from Leon. That was in 1995.
He says on page 96 that he collaborated with Lloyd Pullen of Ashland, OR, professional genealogist and he in turn had help from a professiona English genealogist. They "concluded that Nicholas was born in Widworthy Parish, England. His parents were John & Anstis Dabney Pullen who were married in Widworthy, 24 Oct 1682. Their son Nicholas was baptized 13 Aug 1683." quoted from "Descendants of Nicholas Pullen 1683-1994", Leon C. Pullen, Jr., 1994.
