Silas Pulliam 1794/1873/ NC/TN

I descend from Silas Pulliam through his son Thomas. I have been searching for his parents for a few yrs. Wanda Forste, of N.M. told me she had been given the following info though she has no source data for it. Does anyone have source data to prove this info?

Patterson Pulliam and Elizabeth Holliday
Patterson Pulliam JR and Sarah (Cox) Moore (widow)

Prior to receiving this information, I had been researching Cullen Pulliam, son of John Pulliam of Franklin Co. NC, as a possible father for Silas. I had based this on circumstantial evidence.

1. 1800 Montgomery Co. NC census
Pg.498- Alsey Pulliam- male age 16-25(brother of Cullen?

2. In Montgomery Co. NC 1810 census
Pg. 59 Curren (Cullen)Pullum-10110-2101 (Cullen-26-45)

next door is:Sally Morgan-20000-01001 (Sarah ?-10-15)

3. Montgomery Co. NC 1830 census
